- Intuitive "Auctioneers Interface" simplifies photography
- Saves hours of time and eliminates the potential for errors
- Provides for automatic upload to databases or auction sites
- Easy integration with Dragon Naturally Speaking 11.5 and other 3rd party apps, for Transcribing audio from recorded video clips to use with Remote DNS dictation profiles.

Preparing digital images of multiple objects for auctions or appraisals is a costly and difficult task. Manual processes such as file renaming and database creation are time consuming and prone to errors. The OASIScam Auction Data Imaging Camera overcomes all these burdens and provides a fast and accurate means of completing these tasks automatically. Simply set the item number and point and shoot. Its that easy. With the RTB OASIScam's ultra high resolution, advanced photographic capabilities and ease-of-use, you can now capture quality images while eliminating post-photography management.

Image file renaming:
Transferred image files are automatically renamed based off any or all of the data embedded in them, depending on your needs. Automatic folder creation allows for all related images from one estate, for example, to be stored in a folder with that estates name. The RealtimeBid Auction Data Imaging Camera completely eliminates the need to manually rename or organize your image files.

Automatic image database creation:
As images are transferred to a PC, a complete Excel spreadsheet of all the images and their respective embedded data is generated automatically. Image thumbnails and hyperlinked local drive paths in the spreadsheet allows for effortless database integration.

In-Camera Data Dictionary:
The RTB OASIScam allows for each item, and items within lots, to be "tagged" or embedded with their proper identifying numbers. A customizable menu lets you enter the estate or location being photographed. Just select the lot and/or item number and take one or multiple pictures. Change the lot or item number at any time with just the push of a button. Additional data, such as a company or photographers name, may also be captured to provide copyright protection.

Barcode Scanning ready:
For bar-code based workflows, capturing item information has never been easier. Just point the OASIScam at any common one- dimensional bar code and it performs a scan automatically. The resulting data is displayed and embedded into each image captured until a new scan is performed.

Wireless-ready for Rapid File Transfer:
Transferring images wirelessly to mobile devices is a breeze with the "one-touch" sending wireless feature on the OASIScam. Transferred images may be directly injected into reports or records and are instantly available for viewing, editing, annotation or instant uploading to auction sites.

Automatic Data Imprinting on image:
Selected embedded data may be imprinted on the image in the camera or under the image automatically. This provides a permanent visual record of the estate, lot and or item number the picture is related to.

Superior Image Quality and Resolution:
A 12.1MP CCD captures high-quality images with extreme detail and vivid color accuracy. Powerful built-in flash, image stabilization, auto or manual controls and wide angle zoom lens optimizes images in any condition.

Ultra-close 1 CM Auto Focus Macro : The Auction Data Imaging Camera's macro photography capabilities are unmatched by any camera in its class. One touch of the macro button provides extreme close-ups at less then an inch from the object and allows for either manaul or auto-focus to ensure optimal results.

Ruggedized Design for High Reliability
Camera reliability is critical in the fast-paced working environment of auctions and appraisals. Shock and weather resistance ensures the OASIScam remains operational in the harshest of extreme environmental conditions.
